We want to be transparent with both customers and brand partners. Here are the essentials:

  • We sell curated luxury glamping & outdoor-wellness products via our website only (no marketplaces).

  • Many items ship directly from the manufacturer; bulky orders ship via LTL freight (pallet/crate, curbside, appointment; liftgate where available).

  • Customers must inspect deliveries before signing, take photos, and note issues on the POD; concealed damage must be reported within 24–48h.

  • Returns require RMA, original packaging (and palletization for freight). Restocking fees and return freight may apply depending on manufacturer policy.

  • We respect all brands’ Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and protect price integrity.

1. Eligibility & Use

You must be of legal age in your state or province to purchase. You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse its features, content, or data.

2. Accounts & Information

You are responsible for account security. All information (billing, shipping, tax-exemption) must be accurate and complete.

3. Products & Availability

We curate products from multiple manufacturers. Specs, finishes, and photos are for guidance; minor variations may occur. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or decline orders.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and may change without notice.

  • Tax collected where required by law.

  • Orders may undergo verification and fraud screening. We may cancel/refund if verification fails.

5. Channel Discipline & MAP Compliance

  • Sales occur only on our website.

  • We respect manufacturers’ MAP policies and will not advertise below MAP or run promotions that circumvent MAP.

6. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are accepted when payment is processed and confirmation issued.

  • Cancellations: accepted within 24 hours if not yet in production or shipped.

  • Custom/made-to-order items may be non-cancellable once released to production.

7. Shipping — Dropship & LTL Freight

Orders ship directly from manufacturer warehouses.

  • Freight shipments are curbside only, scheduled by appointment.

  • Liftgate service may be available or required depending on address/weight.

  • Lead times vary by brand; details shown on product pages.

8. Risk of Loss & Delivery

Risk of loss transfers at delivery confirmation. Missed appointments or limited access (gated, remote, restricted) may generate re-delivery, storage, or accessorial fees.

9. Inspection, Damage & Shortages

  • Inspect before signing. Count pieces, check crate, take photos.

  • Note visible issues on the POD (e.g., “crate corner crushed — photos taken”).

  • Concealed damage: notify us within 24–48h with photos and POD copy. Keep packaging.

We coordinate with manufacturer and carrier for replacements, parts, or claims. Failure to note visible damage on the POD may reduce available remedies.

10. Returns & RMAs

  • All returns require prior RMA approval.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging; freight items must be palletized.

  • Restocking fees (up to 25%) and return freight may apply per manufacturer policy.

  • Non-returnable: custom/made-to-order, used, installed, or non-resalable items.

11. Warranty & Aftercare

Manufacturer warranties apply. We coordinate claims as first point of contact.

12. Trade & Projects

Multi-unit, hospitality, or design projects may include extra written terms (site readiness, staged deliveries, accessorial fees, signatures).

13. Promotions, Gift Cards & Price Match

Promotions may exclude MAP-restricted brands.
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.
Price match applies to authorized US dealers at identical specs/lead times; excludes under-MAP, marketplaces, clearance, open-box, or pricing errors.

14. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by us or our partners. You may not use content or brand assets without written permission. We only use approved manufacturer media or assets we create.

15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in manufacturer warranties, products/services are provided “as is/as available.”
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

16. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means acceptance of changes.
