The 23ZERO Armadillo Horizon 2 Rooftop Tent sets a new benchmark in hard-shell rooftop tent design, combining aerodynamic performance with premium comfort for serious overlanders. Inspired by the Armadillo X, Armadillo A, and Kabari PRO, the Horizon 2 features a fully welded aluminum shell with rounded corners for enhanced durability, reduced wind noise, and year-round weather protection.

The left-side-opening design uses a high-opening, gas-strut-assisted hinge system for fast, effortless setup and takedown. The integrated rainfly hoop replaces traditional spring poles, simplifying deployment while maintaining excellent weather coverage. Large panoramic windows and a built-in skylight create an open, airy interior with 360° visibility and excellent airflow.

Inside, the Horizon 2 is built for superior sleep. A plush self-inflating mattress with dual fill ports allows easy inflation and compresses to create additional space for bedding during transit. ECO13B recycled fabric with Light Suppression Technology (LST) helps keep the interior cooler and darker, improving sleep quality even in bright conditions. Integrated LED lighting, bug mesh on all openings, and weather canopies provide comfort, protection, and versatility in all seasons.

Storage is thoughtfully integrated throughout the tent, including an overhead gear loft, bedside storage pockets, head and foot pockets, a boot bag, and a hanging gear organizer. Dual adjustable T-slot roof rails support up to 50 lbs of additional gear, such as solar panels or recovery equipment. A pre-wired power module with 12V, USB-A, and USB-C ports connects via an SB-50 Anderson plug for easy power access.

Designed to fit a wide range of vehicles—from crossovers to full-size rigs—the Armadillo Horizon 2 comes ready to install with a preinstalled ladder, mounting hardware, and all essential accessories for immediate adventure.
