Where do your products ship from?
We partner directly with trusted brands. Your order is shipped straight from the brand’s warehouse, ensuring authenticity, quality, and faster delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the brand and product type. Larger custom or made-to-order pieces (such as saunas or luxury tents) may require extra lead time, which will always be noted on the product page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the continental U.S. unless otherwise specified for oversized or specialty products.
Do I pay sales tax?
We proudly offer No Sales Tax for customers outside of New York State. Sales tax, where applicable, is automatically calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We provide a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable. To begin a return, contact support@theluxeoutpost.com.
Are returns free?
We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Are your products under warranty?
Yes. All products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are specific to each brand and listed on product pages.
Can I customize my order?
Many of our partners offer options such as finishes, sizes, or materials. Reach out to us with your request, and we’ll coordinate with the brand.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. For international inquiries, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate your request.
