Freight Delivery & Inspection Guide

At The Luxe Outpost, we want to ensure your large freight deliveries (such as saunas, tents, and fire pits) arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please follow these steps when receiving your order:

1. Inspect Before Signing

  • Carefully examine the outer packaging and the product upon delivery.

  • If you see any visible damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt (e.g., “package damaged” or “item damaged”).

  • Take clear photos of both the packaging and the product before signing.

2. If Damage Is Found

  • Do not refuse the shipment. Instead, sign with notes about the damage.

  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@theluxeoutpost.com with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will assist you immediately and coordinate with the carrier/manufacturer.

3. Smooth Delivery Tips

  • Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date.

  • Large freight orders typically arrive curbside (at the end of your driveway). If you need additional services such as liftgate or inside delivery, please arrange this in advance.

  • Keep all packaging until you are certain the product is in perfect condition.

⚠️ Important: Failure to note damage on the delivery slip may affect your eligibility for a warranty claim or replacement.
