Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on most orders. Freight surcharges may apply for oversized items, remote locations, or special delivery requests.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted by the manufacturer or warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes by Product Category

Luxury Canvas Tents (Bell, Tipi, Springbar, Stout Tent, Boutique Camping, etc.)
Standard lead time: 5–10 business days if in stock.
Custom or backorder items may require 2–4 weeks. -
Outdoor Saunas (Barrel, Modern, Scenic View, Cedar, Thermowood)
Lead time: 2–5 weeks depending on model and availability.
All saunas ship via freight delivery on pallet. -
Cold Plunge Tubs (barrel tubs & all-in-one kits)
Barrel tubs: 1–3 weeks.
All-in-one tubs with integrated chiller: 2–4 weeks.
Shipped via freight delivery. -
Luxury Fire Pits (artisan steel, sculptural designs)
Standard models: 7–14 business days.
Oversized/custom designs: up to 3–4 weeks, often shipped via freight delivery.
⏳ Important Note: Lead times may vary during peak season (spring/summer) or for custom finishes. If your order requires extended production time, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Methods

Parcel Delivery (UPS/FedEx) – For smaller tent packages and most mid-size fire pits.

Freight Delivery (palletized, via 18-wheeler truck) – For outdoor saunas, cold plunge tubs, oversized tents, and large fire pits.

Freight deliveries are curbside only (end of driveway/curb).

Liftgate service and a scheduled delivery appointment are included.

Drivers do not enter homes or backyards.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your item ships, you will receive a second email with tracking details and an estimated delivery window.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage to the pallet or boxes:

Contact us within 24 hours.
This allows us to assist you promptly with the manufacturer.
Address Changes
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once the item has left the warehouse, standard return and restocking policies apply.
