Shipping Policy
At The Luxe Outpost, we partner with specialized manufacturing and logistics providers to deliver premium outdoor and lifestyle products across the United States.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). Shipping availability, methods, and delivery timelines vary depending on product type, size, weight, destination, and manufacturer location.
Free standard shipping may be available on select items. Freight surcharges may apply for oversized products, remote locations, or special delivery requirements. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated prior to order fulfillment.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may require additional shipping arrangements and costs.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday, to begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being accepted by the manufacturer or fulfillment partner. You will receive an order confirmation email once processing has begun.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods vary based on product characteristics and may include:
Parcel delivery for smaller or mid-size items.
Freight delivery (palletized) for oversized or heavy products such as outdoor saunas, cold plunge tubs, large fire pits, and select tents. Freight deliveries are curbside only (end of driveway or curb). Liftgate service and scheduled delivery appointments are typically included when applicable. Drivers do not enter homes, garages, or backyards.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines vary by product category, availability, and production schedules. Estimated lead times may range from several business days to multiple weeks, particularly for made-to-order, custom, or oversized items. All delivery estimates are non-guaranteed.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your item ships, you will receive a second email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery window.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to packaging, pallets, or crates:

This allows us to assist promptly with the carrier or manufacturer.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes requested after shipment may not be possible and may result in additional fees.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, subject to production status. Once an order has shipped or entered production, cancellations may not be possible and standard return or restocking policies may apply.
Delivery Delays
Delivery schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier availability, weather conditions, peak seasons, or logistical constraints. The Luxe Outpost is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
