Manufacturer Warranty
At The Luxe Outpost, all products are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty provided by the brand that produces the item. Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
Warranty terms, coverage period, and conditions may vary by product type and manufacturer.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer warranties typically cover structural or manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery and discovered during normal use. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer.
What Is Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage or failure resulting from, including but not limited to:

Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect

Failure to follow manufacturer instructions, maintenance, or care guidelines

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Environmental conditions such as extreme weather, moisture, mold, mildew, corrosion, saltwater exposure, or UV damage

Improper storage or handling

Cosmetic changes or natural material variations
Products that have been installed, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer guidelines may void warranty coverage.
Use Limitations
Warranty coverage is valid for standard residential or recreational use only, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Long-term, semi-permanent, or commercial installations may not be covered under warranty. Products used in extended outdoor setups or exposed to environmental stressors require consistent maintenance and proper ventilation to maintain eligibility.
All long-term or non-standard installations are undertaken at the customer’s own risk and may void warranty coverage.

Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will assist in submitting the claim to the manufacturer and coordinating next steps. Final determination, repair, replacement, or resolution is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Replacement Parts & Labor
If approved, warranty coverage may include repair or replacement of defective parts only. Labor, installation, removal, shipping, or service costs are not covered unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
Replacement of parts does not extend the original warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
The Luxe Outpost is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, personal injury, property damage, or losses resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of products.
