Refund & Returns Policy
At The Luxe Outpost, we work with specialized manufacturing and fulfillment partners to deliver premium, often made-to-order products. As a result, return eligibility varies based on product type and order status.
Return Eligibility
Where applicable, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Proof of purchase is required.
Certain products may be designated as final sale and not eligible for return. Specific eligibility, if applicable, is noted on the individual product page.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

Made-to-order, custom, or modified products

Products that have been installed, assembled, altered, or used

Items showing visible signs of wear, damage, or use

Clearance or final sale items

Gas components once installed or used
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return authorization, please contact us at support@theluxeoutpost.com.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
If a return is requested due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
All returns must be shipped via mail or freight carrier. We do not accept in-person returns. Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the appropriate resolution.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible returns.
Original shipping, freight, and handling charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund total.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@theluxeoutpost.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, subject to production status.
Once an order has shipped or entered production, cancellations may not be possible and standard return or restocking policies may apply.
Address Changes
Requests to update the shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Address changes requested after shipment may not be possible and may result in additional fees.
