Refund & Returns Policy
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and manuals included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at support@theluxeoutpost.com to request a return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If you are returning due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns (unless the product arrives damaged or defective).
Please note: made-to-order or customized products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Method
All returns must be shipped via mail or freight carrier. We do not accept in-person returns.
For freight deliveries, items must be returned on a pallet and properly packaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Items Damaged or Received Incorrectly
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice damage or receive the wrong item, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us immediately. We will assist with replacement or refund in coordination with the manufacturer.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, contact us at support@theluxeoutpost.com within 30 days of delivery.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
