  • Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If any damage is visible, even to the box, note it on the delivery receipt.

  • If you could not open the package immediately and suspect damage, mark “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

  • Email photos of the damage to support@theluxeoutpost.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.
