This non-adjustable Pilates ladder barrel features a waist-high walnut wood frame, with a semi-circular padded mat at one end and two posts with rungs at the opposite end. Its fixed construction does not include a selectable frame-type option. Matte, semi-matte, or shiny varnish finishes are available, with stainless steel hardware.
The barrel shape anchors the lower body in place while allowing the torso to move freely through its range of motion, without added resistance or external pressure — supporting spinal-extension and stretching work that uses the ladder rungs for hand or foot support.
