This Teak Pilates reformer is offered in two length configurations — 86 inches and 89 inches — for traditional carriage-based reformer training. Its moving carriage supports exercises performed while lying, sitting, kneeling, or standing.
Carriage movement is controlled by a four-spring resistance system, with springs of equal resistance usable to support or resist the carriage through each exercise. Adjustable webbing straps secure the hands and feet for arm- and leg-based work, and teak-specific matte or semi-matte varnish finishes are available.
Legacy Apparatus handcrafts this reformer in Turkey. It is certified to international ISO 20957 and CE standards and can also be used for physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
