The quick-release foot bar adjusts across 7 positions, while the 4-position spring bar with dual height lets you combine resistance levels for precise intensity control. Six color-coded springs (2 strong red, 2 medium green, 2 light yellow) give you a full range of resistance for any exercise or fitness level.
The carriage glides on eight polyurethane wheels with high-precision bearings for a smooth, virtually silent ride, while the adjustable 3-position headrest and 4-position shoulder pads make it easy to dial in proper alignment for any body type. A cleat-system rope anchoring setup keeps everything secure during use, and the built-in tower anchoring system means it's ready for a future upgrade to the Elite with Tower configuration.

Care & Use
To keep the wheel bearings, spring regulating bars, and carriage guides running smoothly, clean and lubricate them periodically. For the upholstery, wipe down with water and a microfiber cloth — for tougher stains, use a tablespoon of neutral soap diluted in about 1.5 liters of water.
