This stand-alone Pilates wall tower is designed for compact spaces and pairs with either a high mat or a low mat — in this configuration, a foldable low mat is included. It provides tower-based Pilates training without requiring an accompanying reformer.
Resistance is provided by a set of leg springs, arm springs, and push-through bar springs usable in both bottom and top positions, along with a roll-back bar assembly with its own spring pair. A pair of aluminum-and-wood handles and webbing leg-spring loops support hand- and foot-based tower work, secured by a set of safety chains.
