This non-adjustable Pilates ladder barrel features a waist-high maplewood frame, with a semi-circular padded mat at one end and two posts with wooden rungs at the opposite end. Its fixed construction does not include a selectable frame-type option.
The barrel shape anchors the lower body in place while allowing the torso to move freely through its range of motion, without added resistance or external pressure — supporting spinal-extension and stretching work that uses the ladder rungs for hand or foot support. It can also be used for physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Legacy Apparatus handcrafts this ladder barrel in Turkey. It is certified to international ISO 20957 and CE standards. An upholstered platform, padded cover, rubber pad, and 2x4 wood block are available as optional accessories; the standing platform shown in the product image is sold separately.
