This reformer includes Align-Pilates’ patent-pending Rapid Change spring bar, allowing faster spring bar adjustments using one hand and a single action. It also includes a large carriage bed, adjustable headrest, removable and lockable shoulder rests, and an improved rope adjustment system with easy access by the headrest.
