What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any signs of damage—including damage to the outer box—note it when signing for the delivery.
If you're unable to inspect the contents right away but suspect there may be damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, please send clear photos to (support@theluxeoutpost.com). We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund—typically within 1 business day.
